Set in spectacular countryside overlooking Kailua-Kona on the sunny Kona coast of west Hawaii, the Big Island of Hawaii.

Our vacation rental guest quarters in Kona have sweeping views of the Kona coastline, and spectacular sunsets. This is a quiet and serene countryside setting, yet only minutes to the bustling activities of the village of Kailua-Kona.

• 900 sq. ft. private guest quarters on the first floor of a beautiful chalet-style country lodge
• Located on a six acre tropical fruit orchard on the lush slopes of Hualalai Mountain
• Private lanai with ocean view
• Large, fully equipped, kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and full bathroom
• Reached by an old Hawaiian road bordered by huge mango trees

Your tropical paradise accommodations include bedroom with king bed, 2nd bedroom with one queen and one twin, living room with hide-a-bed, unlimited long distance to the mainland, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, gas stove & fridge, etc.), all linens, washer & dryer, TV & VCR, the Dish Network, boogie boards, fins, picnic coolers, etc, access to BBQ grill.

Rates:
Weekly rate is $500/week for a couple or a couple with one to two children (18 & under).
Four adults, $550/week. There is a $10.00/night charge for each additional person over four (maximum six persons).

PayPal users will be asked to add 3% to your total at time of payment.

A deposit of $200.00 is required to secure your reservation, with balance due 30 days prior to arrival.  We accept cash, checks or travelers checks. Refundable less $25.00 service charge if canceled prior to 30 days of arrival. No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
